Our cleaning process is very simple on your end! We take our baseline checklist and customize it according to what we learn through consultation. We bring that custom checklist along each time we clean. We also discuss things we notice during cleaning and update the checklist notes as needed.

Most of the time your experience is consistent, stress-free, and quality! But what happens if something goes wrong? If there is an unexpected mess, we will contact you immediately for guidance as we always do a quick walkthrough before each of our cleans.
