Minsky's Pizza

It’s been more than 48 years since Minsky’s was founded. Since 1976 we’ve been busy – every day working to perfect the art of hand-crafting gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, pastas and even our own beer, Minsky’s Burlesque lager. So far, it’s been an interesting journey. We’ve been able to do what we love: cooking, tasting, innovating, baking, refining, and then even more tasting, and finally, each day, making the best pizza in Lawrence and Kansas City area.
