    DCCCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency that coordinates programs to promote social and community services that improve the safety, health and well-being of those we serve. DCCCA provides substance use disorder treatment and prevention; recruits, trains and supports foster homes; provides family preservation services; traffic safety resources; distributes naloxone; and supports foster teens in obtraining their driver's licenses.
