Our premier event of the year will be September 13-14 in beautiful South Park in Lawrence. Plan to be there - and experience over 130 artists, live music and delicious food trucks.
Art in the Park is a juried fine arts and fine crafts event that is held in beautiful shade-filled South Park (12th and Massachusetts) on the south end of vibrant downtown Lawrence, Kansas.
Art in the Park is a Lawrence tradition dating back to 1964 and is the Lawrence Art Guild's premier fundraising event. Winning ''Best Event'' five times in the ''Best of Lawrence'' contest, Art in the Park is a Lawrence favorite. 2025 will be our fifth year as a two day event with over 20,000 visitors expected and over 130 artists participating. Live musical groups will create beautiful background music all day on both days, and food vendors will provide a wide variety of sweet and savory options.

What is an Envoy?!
1. Our Envoy committee represents The Chamber in the community.
2. Envoys support local businesses and non-profits and encourage others to do the same.
3. Envoy members attend ribbon cuttings, business after hours, and other Chamber events!
4. This group welcomes new Chamber members and serves as ambassadors for our organization to the business community and the Lawrence community as a whole.
5. Envoys get weekly emails including last minute reminders for events, upcoming event agendas, and more!
Who Can Join?!
Any employee of a Chamber member business can join the Envoy Committee! It?s a free benefit to members, with the option to purchase an Envoy name tag for a small fee.
