Yoga Sculpt + Link x Lou

Come join us this Saturday, September 16 at 3pm for yoga sculpt. A class we offer weekly on Thursday afternoons. A fun and challenging workout that incorporates yoga and weights (though weights are optional). Class is heated and all levels are welcome. Sign up on our website or use the Mindbody app.
