Rising Together: Kickoff Reception

Join us on September 1st at 4:00 p.m. as we celebrate the kickoff of Rising Together, a five-year campaign to support job creation and economic prosperity in our community. This $2.5 million campaign will support the work of the Economic Development Corporation of Douglas County and the Lawrence Chamber on four initiatives:
• Job Creation and Economic Prosperity
• Innovation and Entrepreneurship
• Workforce and Talent Development
• Housing and Land Development
We’ll lay out goals, strategies, and key measurements for the campaign. Additionally, details will be provided on how local business can invest in our future and focus on rising together.
There will be drinks, food, and entertainment to help us celebrate the launch of this important initiative for our community, so join us on at 4:00 p.m. on September 1st at KU Innovation Park!
