Join us for a ribbon cutting for E Barn Farm! We'll celebrate the opening of Lawrence's newest bakery on Tuesday, November 20, at 4pm. They're located at 18 E. 8th Street in downtown Lawrence.

Our E Barn Farm's pastry chef and owner is a third-generation baker. Her love of baking began as a child helping in the kitchen alongside her grandmother and mother. She learned food is life, not just something you put in your mouth but also sustenance that can feed the soul. Taking up the art of cooking, her passion grew as she became an adult, she traveled to Europe to live and study art and architecture and instead fell deeply in love with the various methods of fine cooking and the art of baking delicate pastries. Enamored with the European way of life she learned about potager gardens and the value of sustainability as well as the seduction of fresh ingredients in gourmet foods. Her immense love of all she has experienced and learned has been carried into the dream of E Barn Farm Bakery and Market.
