Objectives of this seminar:

  • Identify the stories we tell and assumptions we make during change
  • Develop an action plan to move towards embracing change
This seminar is led by Danielle Hoeltzel, a leadership consultant for Express Employment Professional, has been in the training and organizational development field for 10 years, with a special focus on leadership development, coaching, group facilitation, and presentation skills. Before joining Express, she worked at Chesapeake Energy and served as a human resources analysts. Hoeltzel is a Certified Prosci Change Management practitioner, DDI Embracing Change facilitator, and "Who Moved My Cheese" Change Management trainer.
