Store Manager

Hours: Mon-Fri and some Saturdays as needed. 40-50 hours/week

Salary negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·     Daily Operations: baking, making dough, decorating, assisting customers, and cleaning alongside the other employees. Delegate certain duties but be able to oversee the operations of the store.

·     Staff management and scheduling

·     Monitor inventory, order supplies

·     Accounts billable

·     Point of contact for vendors and wholesale customers

·     Assist in coordinating events held outside the shop

·     Quality Control

·     Train employees

·     Fundraiser coordination

·     Community engagement

·     Social Media/Advertising

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a store manager
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize in a fasted paced environment
