Ribbon Cutting: Crown Automotive - Remodel for Toyota Service Department

Please be sure to join us as we celebrate a remodeled Toyota Service Department at Crown Automotive on Tuesday, November 28 at 4:00 p.m.

1. Significantly increased the Service Writer area
· Increased from 3 ½ to 6 stations
· All Toyota colors
· Fully operational with communications, computer access, printing station
· Direct communications with the employees in the Business Development Depart with a window pass through
· Went from a concrete floor to a beautiful ceramic tile floor
· Fully enclosed and temperature controlled on its own system
· The lights have been switched over to LED (brighter, more economic and green) and use 1/6 the power of regular bulbs
· Design by local architect, Ron Derusseau

2. Significantly increased the Business Development Department
· Currently have 2 staff members but have work stations for 4
· When they moved into their new area, it freed up space for the Parts Department to expand
· Utilizing the same lighting and temperature controls that the Service Writer’s Area is using

The Crown Toyota Service Department has doubled its revenue in the last two years, making these modifications necessary to keep up with the customer demand.

In the near future, Crown will be adding two more lifts and updating the Customer Lounge.
