Event Description:
Mark your calendars for Heartland Community Health Center's open house on Thursday, February 6th (4:30-6:30pm). This is going to be a great opportunity to come and walk through our new and improved facility, meet our Medical Director and staff, while learning more about the work that happens behind the scenes at Heartland.
Light hors d'oeuvres will be available compliments of Arterra Event Gallery. A ribbon cutting will take place at 6:15pm as we come together to celebrate our growth and the transformation that is happening for our team and patients we serve.
